Scallops Artichokes Hearts Capers with Tomatoes and Basil Pasta
Ingredients
- 2 pounds bay scallops
- 1 cup of Basil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1cup artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 cup capers, drained
- 1cup cherry tomato, cut in half
- 1tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Start cooking the pasta according to the packaging instruction.
- Cook scallops for two mins each side, add the garlic, salt in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 4 minutes.
- Add the artichokes, Capers, tomatoes, and basil. Cook, occasionally stirring, until tomatoes are hot Sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Add the Cooked pasta would go really well with this skillet dish.
