TOGUE GUISADO

Hi Guys!

I can’t believe its already July. Honestly, these past few days, I been eating out and having too much fast food and junk foods. After that, i feel it’s not delightful for me. So next, as much as possible i would like to have a portion of nutritious food, So I came up cooking this dish, and this is my first article easy vegetable recipe. I hope you like it!

INGREDIENTS:

200 g long- stem bean sprouts

1/4 tofu cake, cubed and deep-fried

1 large carrot, julienned

8 pcs Baguio beans cut into strips..

1 medium red onion, sliced.

3 cloves garlic, minced

Green Onion

1/2 chicken cube

2 Tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp vegetable oil

Methods:

  1. In a wok, add oil and sauté garlic and onions.
  2. Add the carrots and beans. Stir fry for 1 minute in high heat.

  3. Add the deep-fried tofu, bean sprouts, add chicken cubes and oyster sauce and mix well and stir fry cook for a minute, add green onion and simmer.

  4. Serve with white steamed rice, Share and Enjoy!

 

Cooking Note:

Don’t overcook the sprouts.
