Hi Everyone! Last week during our glamping, I made this quick and easy food. Camping can be stressful sometimes, especially traveling with kids. But if you plan and prepare all the materials and pre-cut ingredients with the zippy bag, Your camping experiences could be fun! So today I share this recipe I made its quick and easy and of course kids friendly and my kids love it! I hope you like it too. Also, this recipe only takes 15 minutes with three steps. Yes! That’s easy if you have a great cast iron skillet and right fire.
1 Red Bell Pepper (cut, seeded and slice into long pieces strips)
1 Yellow Bell Pepper (cut, seeded and slice into long pieces)
2 Pounds of Boneless Chicken Tights (slice 1/2 inch strips)
1 Medium Yellow or White Onion (peeled and cut to strips
3 Tablespoon of OLIVE OIL
1 Tablespoon of Lime Juice
1 Tablespoon of GROUND CUMIN
A pinch of PAPRIKA POWDER
A pinch of CAYENNE POWDER
A pinch of CORN STARCH
1/2 Teaspoon of SALT
1/2 Teaspoon of fresh GROUND PEPPER
1/2 Teaspoon of GARLIC POWDER
6-8 FLOUR TORTILLAS Warmed
In a separate bowl combine all the Dried Ingredients — garlic, pepper, salt, ground pepper, corn starch, cayenne powder, paprika, and cumin. Mix and marinate the cut chicken and set aside.
Preheat the skillet pan with oil, add the half portion of onions. And add the marinated chicken cook about 5 to 7 min. Add the Vegetable Ingredients like bell peppers and remaining onions. It is cooked about 5 minutes until the vegetables cook.
Squeeze lime on the top and Serve over the tortillas.
