Happy Weekend!

Before anything else I would like to congratulate the organizers on Peachy’s Birthday Party,  And of course  Ms. Lerma Quiambao also my dearest friends who’s gonna celebrate her birthday party tomorrow Analisa Mondoy.  For winning the award from Napkins.com which i articulate here. I’m so delighted to received this reward since it was my first award as a blogger. So, I would like to congratulate all of us….. And please keep Following my new articles muaahhhh love you all.

And now, I liked to share with you my new quick and easy Thai dish.  Hope you like it!

 

Ingredients:

200g wide medium rice noodles

1 teaspoons corn oil

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 fresh small red chili sliced thinly

150g chicken thigh fillets, chopped coarsely

6 baby buk choy sliced quartered lenghthways

4 green oniond sliced thinly

2 table spoon black paste soy sauce

1 table spoon oyster sauce

1 table spoon fish sauce

1 table spoon sugar

chopped fresh cilantro

chopped spring onions

 

Methods:

1.  Place the noodles in heat bowl, cover with boiling water, Separate and drain.

2. Heat oil in the wok, stir fry garlic, chili until aroma fragrant. Add chicken until browned lightly. Add bok choy and onion. Stir fry until onion and chicken cooked through.

3. Add Noodles and Black soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce and sugar. Tossing gently to combine all the ingredients. And remove from the heat add cilantro and sprinkle with spring onion and serve.

Serving 2 to 3
