MY 10 WAYS HOW TO FEEL SEXY AFTER HAVING YOUNG KIDS

Sexy is not about attracting someone. Real Sexy is all about your confidence and feels better about yourself.

As an adult and a mother of two, I’m talking about my steps on how to feel sexy after having young kids.

Before I started let me take you in my younger days, Everywhere I go I’ll always take pride in my appearance. I always dress according to the events. I was slim and cute and getting a lot of compliments. And fast-forward I get pregnant with my first child. In the beginning, I was not taking care of myself I eat… and I ate I mean everything, I was not thinking. I believed I’m eating for my unborn child. And I gave birth I was so surprised how my body responds I double of my weight from 90-95 pounds to 180 pounds; I’m not kidding I felt I was not the same person. And I started visiting the gym, but I’m not good enough attending my sessions. I always missed it. So I wanted to exercise at home, and I found which works for me. And my stretch marks started showing up. And home remedies oil helps a lot which I will talk about in my next blog post. Without further ado, here my tips to feel sexy every day.

1. YOGA

Eyelashes and eyebrows are a significant impact and always bring a smile.

 Looking good is the best way to feel good. Play with your clothes in the closet and create your look of the day.

7. CANDLELIGHT IN THE BATH

Relax and enjoy your bath with a bubble or scented bath bombs with Lighting candles. Close your eyes and focus yourself, this can give you positive energy.

8. BE A CHEF MASTER

Cooking I always find sexy. Sometimes it’s nice to listen to your favorite music while cooking and move on the beat. Whether you like it slow or more techno, feel your body to the rhythm.

9. GO FOR VACATION

If you have kids, vacation can be pricey. I know how difficult to find a great deal and arrange the tours Especially with a toddler and young kids. Cruise is a great way to travel with kids. I also recommend going out of town get out of your comfort zone may be for a weekend getaway or go for clubbing this is the best to get the wilder side of you.
