As an adult and a mother of two, I’m always seeking and try to educate my self-improvement to feel confident after having young kids.
Before I started, let me take you to my younger days, Everywhere I go, I’ll always take pride in my appearance. I was cute and getting a lot of compliments. And I gave birth I was so surprised how my body responds I double of my weight from 90-95 pounds to 180 pounds; I’m not kidding I felt I was not the same person. And I started visiting the gym, but I’m not good enough to attend my sessions. I always missed it. So I wanted to exercise at home, and I found which works for me.
