Salsa with Shrimp

Salsa is my all time favorite, especially in this summer season. The combination of sweet tomatoes and cilantro is so perfect. This time I blended with shrimp it adds, every bite of taste, it’s so awesome. Well, guys I will share with you this quick, easy and simple recipe. Keep reading and follow the ways below.

INGREDIENTS:

• Peeled shrimp, diced
• 4 ripe tomatoes, diced fine
• 1 medium size onion, finely diced
• 2 jalapenos, diced fine (more or less to taste)
• 4 Garlic, Toast and finely diced
• Minced cilantro
• 2 limes, juice of (or more to taste)
• 1/2 tsp salt

PROCEDURE:

  1. Cooked the peeled shrimp, sliced and set aside. You can use a cooked shrimp as well. Whatever you have at home.
  2. Bake the garlic until brown and sliced. In this way it adds some aroma in your salsa.

  3. Diced onion, tomatoes, remove the seeds. Salt and lime juice in a bowl and let it sit about 5 minutes.

  4. Combine the ingredients in a large bowl, taste for salt and adjust as needed.

  5. Refrigerate and let the flavors combine at least an hour before serving.

Served with your favorite chips. And enjoy.
