Happy Wednesday! Lately… I been craving some salad, And I saw something basic needs in my fridge. Another quick and easy classic recipe. Serving : 3 – 4 persons
1 Teaspoon Extra-virgin olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper
1 large head romaine lettuce, cleaned and cut into 1 to 2-inch pieces
6 Bacon Slice fried and cut into strips
1 Big ripe sweet Mango
1 cups croutons
Lady’s Choice | Classic Caesar Dressing
Place the lettuce in a large bowl. Add bacon strips and ripe mango. Sprinkle with Parmesan and black pepper. Drizzle with desired amount of dressing and toss well with virgin olive oil. Sprinkle top with croutons.
