Bacon-Mango Caesar Salad

Happy Wednesday! Lately… I been craving some salad, And I saw something basic needs in my fridge.  Another quick and easy classic recipe. I just add mango on this dish, You could add avocado to for those people on diet.  Hope you like this nutritious healthy food. Let me know by tagging or hashtagging me on Instagram #hirechelfood.

Ingredients:

Serving : 3 – 4 persons

1 Teaspoon Extra-virgin olive oil

Freshly ground black pepper

1 large head romaine lettuce, cleaned and cut into 1 to 2-inch pieces

6 Bacon Slice fried and cut into strips

1 Big ripe sweet Mango

Parmesan Cheese

1 cups croutons

Dressing:

Lady’s Choice | Classic Caesar Dressing

 

Methods:

Place the lettuce in a large bowl.  Add  bacon strips and ripe mango. Sprinkle with Parmesan and black pepper. Drizzle with desired amount of dressing and toss well with virgin olive oil. Sprinkle top with croutons.
