Hi everyone….

How’s your Weekend Hope you have a fabulous one. This time I wanna share with you another simple quick and easy recipe.  Since tomatoes inexpensive over here, I made a salsa.  And I really love this sauce with any chips and I remember  eating  this alone with rice, That was my last stage of  pregnancy.  I know  sound weird. Hehehe…. Anyways hope you like this, And if you do let me know.

10 Tomatoes

1 Large Onion, trimmed and quartered

3 cloves Garlic, divided

1 Jalapeno

Olive Oil

Fresh Cilantro, more or less to taste

1/2 lime to taste (optional)

1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt

1: Preheat your Gas Stove Oven to high.

2: Lay the tomatoes skin-side-up onto an aluminum sheet pan along with the quartered onion, garlic and  jalapeno.

3: Drizzle with the olive oil bake or until the vegetables blister, and get a dark. Keep a good eye on them. You don’t want them to over cook.

4: Remove and let cool until safe to handle.  And add them to the food processor or you could use smasher but you need to chop the onion and garlic really fine.

5: Add in the chop cilantro until they are throughout the salsa. Add the salt and little lime.

Taste it…. in your own desire. And enjoy! this addictive taste.
